Hermès in Milano is seeking a Senior Cashier to manage cashiering and accounting activities while delivering an exceptional customer journey at the boutique. The role involves handling payments, assisting high-end clients, supporting aftersales care, and contributing to daily back-office operations to maintain flawless service standards.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, speak Italian and English fluently (a third language is a plus), and have 3–5 years of experience

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in accounting or equivalent background.
• Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in a luxury goods boutique.
• Proficient with Excel/PowerPoint and IT tools.

Mansioni

• Open and close the cash register and control the payments.
• Attend clients during final steps of purchase and check cash transactions.
• Support customers with information including aftersales product care.
• Perform all in-store sales transactions and manage till and banking authorizations.
• Contribute to store back-office operations to support selling teams.
• Ensure data entry into systems and update IT tools.
