Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher's ecosystem, seeks an experienced Workflow & IT Solution Specialist based in Italy. You will implement, configure, and optimize laboratory automation and IT systems, delivering on-site and remote support, and training customers to ensure smooth adoption.
Key requirements include a biomedical/eIT background, lab automation experience, and fluency in Italian and English.
Competenze
- Bachelor's or higher in a relevant field with automation or IT focus.
- Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills; able to train and support users.
Mansioni
- Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of lab automation and IT systems.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Deliver training to lab staff and customers for effective system adoption.
- Analyze workflows to optimize efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D to deliver projects.
