Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to implement and optimize lab automation and IT solutions. Based in Italy with a remote work model, you will configure systems, provide on-site and remote support, and train lab staff to drive adoption.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and work toward improved laboratory productivity across diverse customer environments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of automated diagnostic systems and laboratory workflows.
• Fluency in Italian and English; travel 50–70% across Europe and Italy.

Mansioni

• Install, configure, validate, and integrate laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability.
• Deliver training to lab staff and customers to ensure effectively using the system.
• Analyze workflows to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation improvements.
• Act as a technical expert supporting customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D to deliver projects and maintain documentation.
