Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Italy is seeking a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to support implementing, configuring, and optimizing laboratory automation and IT solutions within customer environments. You will ensure successful deployment and integration of diagnostic systems and workflows aligned with lab needs.

The role collaborates with laboratory staff, customers, and cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise, user training, and ongoing support to improve workflow

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and laboratory workflows.
• Fluency in Italian and English, plus an additional EU language.
• Flexibility to travel 50–70% of the time across Italy or Europe.

Mansioni

• Support the installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshooting issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers, ensuring effective system adoption and user proficiency.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation improvements.
• Act as a technical expert in automation solutions, supporting both customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards in all implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, PMO, Service, R&D) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of system activities, performance, and continuous improvement actions.
