Job summary

Moncler Group in Milan is seeking a Knitwear Design Intern for 6 months, full-time, starting in November. You will assist design research, mood/colour boards, and post-fitting collection recap, sketching and fabric allocation in coordination with the Product Team.

Monthly internship allowance is €800; free canteen access or meal vouchers; you’ll gain exposure to Moncler’s luxury design process and cross‑department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, with a focus on menswear is preferable.
• Collaborative, communicative, and proactive approach to work.
• Knowledge of textile and material construction and properties.
• Luxury products and brands knowledge and market position.
• Previous internship experience in a Design Team will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support design research, prepare visual tools, and create mood/colour boards.
• Coordinate with Product Team to ensure alignment with collection launches after fittings; create/update collection recap; add sketches and fabrics allocation.

We are looking for a passionate and engaged Knitwear Design Intern to join our Design Team in our Global HQ in Milan.

Your Impact

In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:

• Supporting design research, preparing visual tools, creating mood and colour boards;
• Supporting coordination with the Product Team ensuring alignment with collection launches after fittings, creating and updating the collection recap, adding new sketches and fabrics allocation;
• Liaising with other departments in order to maintain relations with external and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, with a focus on menswear, is preferable;
• A collaborative, communicative, and proactive approach to work;
• A strong interest in the brand and curious to explore the Moncler world;
• Previous internship experience in a Design Team will be considered a plus;
• Knowledge of textile and material construction and properties;
• Luxury products and Brands knowledge and market position.
