Job summary

Moncler Group in Milan is offering a 6-month, full-time Design Intern position starting in November. You will support the Design Team with research, mood boards, and color development, and coordinate with the Product Team on collection launches after fittings.

You will gain hands-on experience in luxury fashion, work with seasoned professionals, and contribute to ongoing projects, while benefiting from an organized internship program and meal vouchers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design (preferably menswear).
• Collaborative, communicative, and proactive approach to work.
• Interest in the Moncler brand and luxury market knowledge.
• Previous internship in a design team is a plus.
• Knowledge of textile construction and materials properties.

Overview

6 MONTHS | FULL-TIME | FROM NOVEMBER

We are looking for a passionate and engaged Design Intern to join our Design Team in our Global HQ in Milan.

Your Impact

In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:

• Supporting design research, preparing visual tools, creating mood and colour boards;
• Supporting coordination with the Product Team ensuring alignment with collection launches after fittings, creating and updating the collection recap, adding new sketches and fabrics allocation;
• Liaising with other departments in order to maintain relations with external and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, with a focus on menswear, is preferable;
• A collaborative, communicative, and proactive approach to work;
• A strong interest in the brand and curious to explore the Moncler world;
• Previous internship experience in a Design Team will be considered a plus;
• Knowledge of textile and material construction and properties;
• Luxury products and Brands knowledge and market position.
