Job summary

Moncler is looking for a passionate Design Intern to join the Design Team at our Global HQ in Milan for a 6-month, full-time internship starting from November. You will support design research, mood boards, and coordination with the Product Team to ensure alignment with collection launches.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design (preferably menswear), a collaborative attitude, and interest in the Moncler brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, preferably with menswear focus
• Collaborative, communicative, proactive approach
• Interest in Moncler brand and world
• Previous internship in a design team is a plus
• Knowledge of textile and material construction and properties
• Luxury products and brands knowledge and market position

Responsibilities

• Support design research, prepare visual tools, create mood and colour boards
• Coordinate with Product Team to align with collection launches after fittings; update collection recap, add sketches and fabrics allocation
• Liaise with other departments to maintain relations with external and internal stakeholders

Your Impact

In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:

• Supporting design research, preparing visual tools, creating mood and colour boards;
• Supporting coordination with the Product Team ensuring alignment with collection launches after fittings, creating and updating the collection recap, adding new sketches and fabrics allocation;
• Liaising with other departments in order to maintain relations with external and internal stakeholders.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, with a focus on menswear, is preferable;
• A collaborative, communicative, and proactive approach to work;
• A strong interest in the brand and curious to explore the Moncler world;
• Previous internship experience in a Design Team will be considered a plus;
• Knowledge of textile and material construction and properties;
• Luxury products and Brands knowledge and market position.
