Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Knitwear Design Intern to join the Design Team at our Global HQ in Milan for a 6-month, full-time internship starting from November.

You will assist with design research, mood and colour board creation, and coordination with the Product Team to ensure alignment with collection launches after fittings. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be essential.

Qualifications

• Collaborative, communicative and proactive approach to work.
• Strong interest in the Moncler brand and curious to explore the Moncler world.
• Previous internship in a Design Team is a plus.
• Knowledge of textile and material construction and properties.
• Luxury products and brands knowledge and market position.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate and engaged Knitwear Design Intern to join our Design Team in our Global HQ in Milan.

Your Impact

In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:

• Supporting design research, preparing visual tools, creating mood and colour boards;
• Supporting coordination with the Product Team ensuring alignment with collection launches after fittings, creating and updating the collection recap, adding new sketches and fabrics allocation;
• Liaising with other departments in order to maintain relations with external and internal stakeholders.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, with a focus on menswear, is preferable;
• A collaborative, communicative, and proactive approach to work;
• A strong interest in the brand and curious to explore the Moncler world;
• Previous internship experience in a Design Team will be considered a plus;
• Knowledge of textile and material construction and properties;
• Luxury products and Brands knowledge and market position.
