Job summary

Moncler Group in Milan is offering a 6-month, full-time Design Intern position at its Global HQ. You will support the design team with research, mood boards, and sketches, contributing to upcoming collections.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design (men's wear preferred) and a collaborative, proactive attitude. Prior internship in a design team is a plus, with opportunities to learn through our Career Start Program and meal provisions.

We are looking for a passionate and engaged Design Intern to join our Design Team in our Global HQ in Milan.

Your Impact

In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:

• Supporting design research, preparing visual tools, creating mood and colour boards;
• Supporting coordination with the Product Team ensuring alignment with collection launches after fittings, creating and updating the collection recap, adding new sketches and fabrics allocation;
• Liaising with other departments in order to maintain relations with external and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, with a focus on menswear, is preferable;
• A collaborative, communicative, and proactive approach to work;
• A strong interest in the brand and curious to explore the Moncler world;
• Previous internship experience in a Design Team will be considered a plus;
• Knowledge of textile and material construction and properties;
• Luxury products and Brands knowledge and market position.
