Job summary

Mattel is seeking a Sales Associate Key Account Representative on a temporary maternity cover in Italy (Lombardy). You will cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, drive revenue growth, meet sales targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for strategic accounts.

You will work with the Channel Manager in Italy to negotiate contracts, analyze market opportunities, and monitor customer satisfaction, while staying aligned with brand standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and/or key account management.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact between the company and key clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing key accounts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective coordination and communication.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
• In conjunction with the Channel Manager in Italy, negotiate and finalize contracts with key clients, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.
• Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Gather feedback from key clients to improve products or services.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, go to market, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience and create mid and long term strategic customer plans.
• Prepare yearly Strategic Account Plans for the customers under your customer portfolio.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
