Job summary

Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Amazon Key Account Manager to lead our Amazon Italy business during a 12-month maternity cover.

You will own the Amazon Italy account, drive sales and profits, and manage relationship with Amazon stakeholders while coordinating with marketing, finance and supply chain. The role requires hands-on 1P experience, strong commercial acumen, and fluency in English and Italian.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' hands-on Amazon 1P (Vendor Central) account management experience.
• Experience managing a significant Amazon business, ideally in Italy and within consumer goods.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a proven track record of delivering sales and profit targets.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central, commercial negotiations, promotions, forecasting and catalogue management.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills; experience with CIQ or similar analytics platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English and Italian, both written and spoken, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the Amazon Italy business, delivering sales and profit targets through effective account planning.
• Build strong relationships with Amazon stakeholders and lead commercial negotiations.
• Manage pricing, promotions, trade investments and product mix for profitable growth.
• Drive digital performance: content, catalogue quality, discoverability, traffic and conversion.
• Coordinate forecasting and inventory with demand planning and supply chain.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, translate data into plans.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance and operations to meet objectives.
