Eurofins Milano is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the Sales & Marketing team. You will help manage offers, upload sales materials, and process customer orders to ensure smooth sales operations.

The role requires a High School diploma and prior experience in sales support or customer service; fluency in English is essential, Italian is a plus. On-site position in Milan with meal vouchers and standard company benefits.

Reports to: Global Sales Manager

Position Overview

The Sales Assistant supports Business Developers and the Sales Manager in managing commercial and administrative processes. Main responsibilities include preparing offer documents, uploading sales materials, and handling customer order receipt and processing to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Offers Management

• Prepare and format commercial offers and proposal documents.
• Upload and maintain sales documentation in the designated digital platforms.
• Receive, register, and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Support Business Developers and the Sales Manager with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Ensure proper documentation flow between sales, and finance teams.
• Track order status and assist in resolving any discrepancies or delays.

Back-office tasks

• Use the company's tracking tools
• Enter and maintain complete and accurate information about customers and contacts.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and data accuracy standards for all sales records.

RAL 20000-22000€ + €10 meal voucher per working day
