The Key Account Manager serves as the strategic leader responsible for the management, retention, and expansion of the assigned client portfolio. The role ensures full alignment between commercial objectives, operational capabilities, and overall company strategy, driving sustainable growth and long-term partnerships within the market.
Strategic Account Management & Business Development
This position offers a minimum gross annual salary of €52,000, with employment terms governed by the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) at Executive/Managerial (Quadro) level.
The final compensation package and employment classification will be determined based on objective criteria, including experience, skills, and alignment with the role requirements.
In addition to a competitive salary, the package includes attractive benefits and a performance-based bonus (MBO), in line with leading market standards.
