The purpose of this role is to develop and support long-term Capacity Planning, while enabling smarter commercial decision-making through data and business insight. As a strategic partner to Operations, Sales, Finance, the Business & Capacity Analyst will translate complex data into actionable recommendations that optimize capacity, enhance commercial performance, and support the achievement of business objectives.
The role offers a minimum gross annual salary of €34,000, under the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) - Employee classification.
The final compensation package and employment level will be determined based on objective criteria, including the candidate’s experience, skills, and alignment with the requirements of the role.
