MotorK is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Milan team, supporting international growth across Europe. You will conduct proactive candidate scouting, support interview scheduling, and maintain recruitment pipelines reporting to the TA Lead.

The role is a 40-hour weekly internship based in Milan Lambrate with option to work from home. Fluency in Italian and English required, and prior sourcing experience is welcome.

Competenze

• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience with sourcing, Boolean search, and candidate conversations.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Any additional European language is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and reporting.

Mansioni

• Conduct proactive candidate scouting and sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, and talent databases.
• Support interview scheduling and coordination for open roles.
• Create and maintain recruitment pipelines and reporting for the Senior TA Specialist.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening conversations.
• Collaborate with the wider TA team on search strategy and role requirements.
• Support with ad hoc reporting, presentations and internal meetings.
