MotorK is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Milan team, supporting international growth across Europe. You will conduct proactive candidate scouting, support interview scheduling, and maintain recruitment pipelines reporting to the TA Lead.

The role is a 40-hour weekly internship based in Milan Lambrate with option to work from home. Fluency in Italian and English required, and prior sourcing experience is welcome.

Competenze

• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience with sourcing, Boolean search, and candidate conversations.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Any additional European language is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and reporting.

Right now, Talent Acquisition is a big focus for us, and we're looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in Milan and support that growth across multiple European markets. You'd be working alongside a young, dynamic team that moves fast, hands you real responsibility early on, and gives you international exposure.

The role

The Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist will cover scouting, sourcing, and interview support activities across international markets. This role will work across all departments within the company, liaising mainly with our Senior members as it reports into the Talent Acquisition Lead.

The main responsibilities are:

• Conducting proactive candidate scouting and sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, and talent databases
• Supporting interview scheduling and coordination for open roles
• Creating and maintain recruitment pipelines and reporting for the Senior TA Specialist
• Conducting initial candidate outreach and screening conversations
• Collaborating with the wider TA team on search strategy and role requirements
• Supporting with ad hoc reporting, presentations and internal meetings

Requirements

Our ideal Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist will have a degree in Human Resources (or related field) and a genuine passion for HR and Talent Acquisition.

As well as:

• Previous experience with sourcing, Boolean search creation, and candidate conversations (even a short internship or academic project is welcome)
• Fluent Italian and English, used daily
• Any additional European language is a plus, with preference for French, German, Dutch, or Spanish
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for pipeline tracking and reporting
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment

Work pattern and location

• 40 hours a week, internship
• Monday to Friday
• Office based in Milan Lambrate
• Possibility to work from home
