Huawei Italy’s Graduate Program offers a 6-month internship to develop the next generation of ICT leaders. You will work alongside industry experts in critical site infrastructure (Power Systems, HVAC, Energy Optimization), remote plant monitoring, and field operations management, transitioning directly into a full-time role upon successful completion.

Fresh graduates or current students in technical fields with fluency in Italian and English are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• Fresh graduate or student enrolled in a technical degree with graduation date around the internship start.
• Strong foundational understanding of power, cooling, and related calculations.
• Proficiency with technical documentation and standard engineering software.

Mansioni

• Maintenance Coordination: assist in supervising preventive and corrective maintenance for critical site infrastructure (HVAC, UPS, power systems).
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: provide remote support to field technicians to meet SLAs.
• Site Monitoring & Reliability: use remote systems to track performance and pre-empt failures.
• Subcontractor Supervision & Reporting: oversee on-site subcontractors and document outcomes.
