Huawei Europe offers a 6-month Graduate Program in Milan, Italy, for fresh graduates or students in technical fields. The role involves hands-on experience across carrier network infrastructure, with a direct offer for a full-time position after completion.

Expect exposure to 5G/RAN, IP routing, optical transport, and cloud-native core systems, alongside mentorship and structured training. Salary is €1,000 gross per month plus €8 daily meal vouchers, with an on-site schedule from 09:00 to 18:00,

Competenze

Fresh graduate or student enrolled in a technical degree.
Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) and professional working proficiency in English.
Work authorization to live and work in Italy.
Strong interest in end-to-end carrier network architecture (5G/4G, IP Routing/MPLS, Optical WDM, 5G Core) and technical consulting.

Mansioni

Market & Needs Analysis: identify operator trends and growth opportunities for end-to-end Carrier Network solutions.
Solution Architecture & Design: design and tailor carrier-grade proposals integrating wireless, IP, optical, and core systems.
Client Engagement & Demos: prepare and deliver technical demos and roadmaps for operators and service providers.
Presales & Project Support: assist with documentation, network topology planning, capacity sizing, and tender responses.
