Huawei Europe offers a 6-month Graduate Program in Milan for an Extra-curricular Intern. You will gain hands-on experience in site infrastructure (Power, HVAC, energy optimization) and field operations while transitioning to a full-time role upon successful completion.

Fresh graduates or students will work under mentorship, learn maintenance coordination, remote troubleshooting, and site monitoring, with the prospect of joining Huawei Italy full-time after the internship.

Competenze

• Fresh graduate or current student enrolled in a technical degree.
• Graduation date should be 6–12 months before or after internship start date.
• Fluency in Italian and professional English required.

Mansioni

• Assist in supervising preventive and corrective maintenance for critical site infrastructure (HVAC, UPS, power systems).
• Provide remote technical support to field technicians to ensure SLAs are met.
• Use remote plant monitoring systems to track performance and identify potential failures.
• Supervise subcontractors on-site and report on safety, quality, and design compliance.
