Huawei Europe is launching a 6-month Graduate Program in Italy for high-potential fresh graduates and students. The Junior Maintenance Project Coordination Manager internship focuses on coordinating multi-site maintenance programs and infrastructure projects, with a direct path to full-time employment upon successful completion.
Based in Milan or Rome, the role offers a monthly gross salary of €1,000, and requires Italian fluency and English proficiency, along with authorization to work in
Competenze
- Fresh Graduate or Current Student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) and professional working proficiency in English.
- Must hold valid authorization to live and work in Italy.
- Strong organization and project lifecycle tracking skills.
- Experience with MS Excel and MS Project is beneficial.
Mansioni
- Maintenance Operations Coordination across site infrastructure to maximize uptime.
- Project Tracking & Execution of infrastructure upgrades.
- SLA & Incident Management during technical incidents.
- Vendor alignment and supervision of on-site maintenance quality.
- Reporting & process optimization with KPI tracking.
