Responsibilities

• Promote, manage and organize activities to commercialize products in assigned markets.
• Identify and implement strategies to grow and retain customers and acquire new ones.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical and commercial support and tailor solutions.
• Study customer applications and select products, calculate application needs, discuss motor life, share drawings.
• Prepare technical documentation and drawings for customers.
• Manage customer relationships using CRM tools.
• Draft customer quotes and business proposals.
• Process and track customer orders.
• Provide after-sales support and troubleshooting; assist with spare parts.
• Perform market analysis to identify new leads and assess competition.
• Attend workshops and industry trade shows.
• Support production with technical docs, assembly method docs, testing, and performance verifications.
