SYR - Shoreside Maritime Recruitment is seeking a Junior Project Manager to assist in yacht construction projects. The position is based in Italian shipyards, requiring EU work/travel rights and offering hands-on involvement with mentoring and progression to a full PM role.

Accommodation and expenses are provided as part of the package, supporting the smooth delivery of project milestones and collaboration with yard teams, suppliers, and contractors.

I have an international client involved in new yacht construction projects looking to hire a Junior PM

Initially this role will be based in Italian shipyards, so candidates must have the legal rights to work/travel freely across the EU.

Supporting the senior PM's around the delivery of the projects, you'll be liaising with the external contractors, suppliers and yard team to ensure accurate records, paperwork and details are all captured correctly. This is as hands-on role around the project, with mentoring available and a roadmap towards a full PM role.

Ideally this role would suit a Chief Mate looking to come ashore

salary set at €6,000 per month
