Fraser Yachts invites applications for a Project Manager based in Viareggio, Italy. You will oversee refits and new build projects as the owner’s technical advisor and representative, ensuring contractual, technical, and quality standards are met.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of superyacht construction, and the ability to coordinate with shipyards, designers, and classification societies.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years experience in project management within yachting or maritime sector.
• Strong knowledge of superyacht construction, engineering systems, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering (advantageous).

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Viareggio, Italy.

Position Overview

The project manager oversees refits and new build projects and is acting as the owner’s technical expert and representative. He/she will provide the owner with technical advice, assist in the negotiation and provide with regular feedback to the owner and FY technical manager. The Project Manager ensures compliance of the project with all the elements of the contract, technical specifications, progress, and the quality control of the works on board.
