SYR - Shoreside Maritime Recruitment is seeking a Junior Project Manager to assist in yacht construction projects. The position is based in Italian shipyards, requiring EU work/travel rights and offering hands-on involvement with mentoring and progression to a full PM role.

Accommodation and expenses are provided as part of the package, supporting the smooth delivery of project milestones and collaboration with yard teams, suppliers, and contractors.

Competenze

• EU work and travel rights required.
• Experience supporting PMs and coordinating with contractors.

Mansioni

• Support senior PMs in delivering yacht construction projects.
• Liaise with external contractors, suppliers and yard team to ensure accurate records and paperwork.
• Ensure records and paperwork are captured accurately and up-to-date.
• Mentoring available and a roadmap towards a full PM role.
• On-site role based in Italian shipyards.
