Siemens Mobility in Italy is seeking a Junior Product Manager to support the Control Product team within the Electric Product business unit, contributing to sales support, technical proposals, and on-site technical assistance for customers.

You will analyze market trends, develop product launches, and collaborate with global teams to align local needs with development roadmaps, while delivering trainings and presentations to customers and partners. Travel within Italy is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Interest in industrial automation and motor control.
• Knowledge of motors and industrial control systems.
• Italian and English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.

Responsabilités

• Support the lifecycle management of the SIRIUS Soft Starter portfolio.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute go-to-market activities, product launches and promotional initiatives.
• Provide technical and commercial support to the Siemens sales network and key customers.
• Act as the local reference point for product positioning, applications and portfolio strategy.
• Collaborate with global Product Management teams and factories to align local market needs with product development roadmaps.
• Deliver product presentations, webinars and technical training to customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare application examples, technical documentation and customer-oriented materials.
• Support strategic projects and key opportunities involving motor starting and motor control applications.
• Monitor business performance, sales figures and market penetration, proposing corrective actions when required.
