Job summary

Omada by TP-Link Italia is seeking a motivated Junior Pre-Sales Engineer to strengthen its B2B technical team and support growth in professional networking and video surveillance. You will collaborate with Sales and Technical teams, design solutions, provide product positioning, deliver training, and assist in troubleshooting for customers and partners across IT, electrical, and security channels.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in networking or related tech, strong communication, and fluency

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in networking, technical support, system integration or video surveillance.
Fluent Italian and good command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication, presentation and customer relationship skills.
Willingness to travel within Italy for customer meetings and technical activities.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Support: collaborate with the Sales team to develop B2B opportunities, providing technical expertise, product recommendations, and solution positioning across networking and video surveillance solutions.
Solution Design: support customers, system integrators, and installers in network and CCTV system design, product selection, and technical solution development.
Customer Engagement: participate in technical meetings, customer visits, product demonstrations, and presentations across IT, electrical, and security channels.
Technical Training: deliver product training, workshops, and technical enablement sessions for partners, installers, and customers.
Technical Support: assist customers during product evaluation, configuration, troubleshooting, and project implementation.
Product Positioning: promote Omada and VIGI solutions, highlighting their technical capabilities and competitive advantages.
Market Feedback: collect customer requirements and technical feedback, collaborating with Product Management and internal technical teams.
