Descrizione del lavoro

Ajax Systems is seeking an experienced technical trainer to deliver seminars and webinars, and to educate distributors and installers about product features and roadmaps.

You will train staff at partner sites, promote solutions to meet customer needs, and build strong relationships with key partners while traveling for events and trade shows.

Competenze

• Degree in IT or Engineering is required.
• 2+ years in alarm systems, video surveillance, or security.
• Strong knowledge of Analogue and IP CCTV and Access Control systems.
• Experience in installing/designing security systems is a plus.

Mansioni

• Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars on the product for customers and employees.
• Introduce product roadmaps and new features to Ajax Systems distributors and installers.
• Teach technical staff at distributors to increase product knowledge.
• Promote product solutions based on customer needs and technical consultation.
• Perform market research and compare competitor products.
• Develop long-term relationships with key partners.

Key requirements:

• Graduate degree: University Degree in IT, Engineering
• 2 or more professional experience in Alarm Systems, video surveillance, and security.
• An excellent working knowledge of Analogue and IP CCTV and Access Control Systems
• Experience in installing/designing video surveillance systems, fire alarms, or other security systems
• Experience in public speaking (as an advantage)
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible in terms of business trips, trade shows, and more
• Has an outgoing personality and can work independently

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars on the product (for customers and company employees)
• Introduce product roadmaps and new features for Ajax Systems distributors, as well as installers
• Teach technical staff at Ajax Systems distributors and dealers to increase their knowledge of products and technology
• Promote and introduce product solutions according to customer thesis, technical consultation, and support of key clients
• Market research and сomparative characteristics of products of the competitors
• Develop long-term relationships with key partners of the company
• Test product features write technical documentation for new products or solutions, and collaborate with the rest of the team
• Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department
