AlpineStandards S.r.l. in Milan is seeking a junior marketer and sales apprentice to join a small, mission-driven team. You will report to the CEO and learn on the job while taking ownership of key channels.

Role blends 70% marketing and DTC with 30% support to our commercial network. You’ll handle Shopify pages, newsletters, CRM, content shoots in the mountains, and events, while developing your own ideas to drive growth.

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent training in marketing, communication or business.
• Exposure to marketing, e-commerce or sales is a plus.
• Open to people starting out.
• Ability to pick up new tools and platforms quickly.
• Fluent English, Italian required for day to day.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows and events.

Mansioni

• 70% marketing and DTC, 30% support to our commercial network.
• Manage Shopify catalogue: product pages, publishing, seasonal updates.
• Newsletter and CRM management from planning to numbers.
• Organise content production, including shoots and mountain days.
• Hands-on presence at community events.
• Coordinate with agency partner on social, communication and performance marketing.
• Execute our B2B strategy with agents and retailers: sales materials, meetings, trade shows.
• Develop ideas for lead generation and customer satisfaction.
