Bizclap S.r.l. is seeking a Junior Sales & Marketing Trainee to join our tiny engineering team in Bolzano. You will own outbound marketing tasks, manage CRM and pipeline, and craft English copy for outreach and collateral.

You'll work directly with the CTO and CEO, receive full technical training, and gain exposure to our West Africa market entry, including participation in one international trade show and a desk at NOI Techpark.

Competenze

• Degree or final-year studies in marketing, business or engineering.
• Fluent English required.
• Curiosity about technical products.
• Ability to work with minimal direction.

Mansioni

• Prospect research across shipyards, integrators and distributors.
• CRM and pipeline management.
• Outbound email and LinkedIn copy in English.

Junior Sales & Marketing Trainee - Marine Technology

Bizclap S.r.l. NOI Techpark, Bolzano 6-month internship, permanent potential

We build certified inertial sensing technology (IEC 60945, DNV) for the marine industry.

Small engineering team, international customers. You'd be our first dedicated commercial hire on the marketing side - real ownership, not shadowing.

You’ll do:

• prospect research across shipyards, integrators and distributors
• CRM and pipeline
• outbound email and LinkedIn copy in English
• product one-pagers and case studies with our engineers
• trade show support end to end.

You need:

• a degree or final-year studies in marketing, business or engineering
• fluent English
• curiosity about technical products
• the ability to work without being told exactly how.

Italian or CRM experience are a plus.
