Rehlko is seeking a Jr Planning Analyst to join the Material Planning & Scheduling team in Italy. The role focuses on supporting material planning activities, supplier management and production scheduling to ensure material availability for on-time customer delivery and optimized inventory.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering, Economics or SCM, strong Excel skills, and a good command of English (B2 or above). Prior planning or manufacturing exposure is a plus, but not mandatory.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Experience in planning or supply chain is a plus but not mandatory.
• Good knowledge of Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Manage purchase orders and monitor supplier deliveries.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and address potential issues.
• Support production planning according to material availability, priorities and customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and planning parameters to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production and other Supply Chain functions to manage priorities and urgent requirements.
• Support the management of material shortages, rejected parts and engineering changes.
• Contribute to inventory optimization and continuous improvement initiatives, including Kanban and consignment stock.
• Monitor supplier performance and support improvement actions.
