Experteer Italy is seeking a Senior Specialist / Project Manager in Material Planning to ensure material availability aligns with production plans and customer demand, optimizing inventory and mitigating supply risks.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Production Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and suppliers, using data analysis to drive improvements and sustain production continuity in a global operating environment.

Competenze

Experience in Material Planning, Supply Chain, Production Planning, or Inventory Management in manufacturing.
Strong data analysis and Excel skills for planning and reporting.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and cross-functional collaboration.

Mansioni

Ensure material availability aligned with production plans and demand while keeping optimal inventory levels.
Monitor supply and demand to identify and mitigate shortages, excess inventory, and delivery delays.
Manage material planning activities including supplier follow-up, delivery management, replenishment, and exception handling.
Collaborate with Procurement, Production Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and suppliers to resolve material constraints.
Analyze data on supply, demand, inventory, and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement in planning and supply chain performance.
