Alstom in Italy, located in Vado Ligure, seeks a Material Planning Manager to lead planning activities across the supply chain. You will report to the Supply Chain Director and collaborate with Procurement, Supplier Quality and hundreds of colleagues to ensure material availability and performance.

The role requires strong leadership, a SCM/Engineering background, SAP experience, and fluency in Italian with English at B2 level.

Competenze

• Degree in SCM/Logistics/Engineering.
• Experience in supplier relationship management.
• Fluent in Italian with good English (B2).
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.

Mansioni

• Establish and coordinate action plans in major crises.
• Collaborate with Procurement for risk/impact management and delivery improvements.
• Ensure suppliers meet technical capability and capacity needs.
• Conduct audits per Central Supply Chain processes and dashboards.
• Facilitate root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Strengthen cooperation across Purchasing, Quality, and Supply Chain to manage underperforming suppliers.
