Allegion plc, via its CISA brand, is seeking a Plant Material Manager in Italy to translate sales orders and SIOP forecasts into robust material and production plans, ensuring on‑time customer delivery and optimal inventory levels.

You will lead planning specialists and coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales and Quality to optimize scheduling, supplier performance, and continuous improvement, with a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of material or production planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and Excel; familiarity with APS or demand planning tools.
• English fluency is required.

Mansioni

• Convert sales orders and SIOP forecasts into material and production plans.
• Maintain MRP/ERP outputs; create planned orders and production schedules.
• Manage inventory to target service levels and cost objectives.
• Place and track purchase orders; monitor lead times.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers; support performance improvements.
• Collaborate across Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales and Quality to meet goals.
• Communicate constraints and propose mitigation actions.
• Prepare demand/supply reconciliations and manage backlog.
