Job summary

Leonardo S.p.A. in Italy's Frosinone site is seeking a Junior methodist to optimize manufacturing cycles for aerospace-grade parts and assemblies. You will develop methods from technical drawings, manage initial batches, and prepare studies and documentation for new components.

The role requires a technical diploma or degree in mechanical disciplines, 1–3 years of relevant experience, CATIA VS proficiency, and willingness to travel. Hybrid working and a permanent contract are offered.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma (Mechanical/Mechatronics) or a degree in Mechanical, Automation, or Industrial Engineering.
• Junior 1–3 years as methodologist or process engineer in metalworking/manufacturing.
• Proficiency in CATIA VS and reading mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of aerospace regulations and tolerances is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop new manufacturing methods and process cycles for machine tools and assemblies.
• Manage initial production batches for parts and assemblies according to defined methods.
• Prepare manufacturing studies and documentation for new components.
• Define assembly/machining sequences and draft supporting technical documentation.
