Job summary

Leonardo S.p.A. is looking for a Junior Control Method Engineer to join our Cascina Costa (VA) office. You will generate instructions for dimensional inspections, support production, and help optimize inspection processes across assemblies and subcontractors.

The role requires a Master in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering, English at B1/B2, and 1–3 years of experience. The position offers a permanent contract with hybrid working arrangements and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering (master degree).
• English: B1/B2.
• Junior: 1–3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate instructions from drawings and specifications, update for changes.
• Prepare control method for assemblies and sub-assemblies using SAP and engineering systems.
• Support production in dimensional/inspection activities and clarify instructions.
• Determine task execution times based on efficiency criteria.
• Manage inspection documentation for the department and subcontractors.
• Interface with workshop to promote problem solving and improvements.
