Job summary

Leonardo SpA in Frosinone, Italy, seeks a Junior methodologist to improve manufacturing methods and ensure aerospace QA standards. The role focuses on creating efficient process cycles for machine tools and complex assemblies, based on technical drawings and aerospace specs.

You will participate in initial batch production, define sequences, and draft technical documentation. Requirements include a Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Automation/Industrial Engineering, CATIA VS proficiency,

Qualifications

Technical Diploma (Mechanical/Mechatronics) or a Degree in Mechanical, Automation, Industrial Engineering.
Junior 1-3 years as methodologist or process engineer within metalworking/manufacturing.
Proficiency in CATIA VS, reading mechanical technical drawing.
Knowledge of aerospace regulation and mechanical tolerances is an advantage.
Willingness to travel.
English level at least B2.

Responsibilities

Develop new manufacturing methods and process cycles for machine tools and complex assemblies based on technical drawings and aerospace specs.
Manage the production of initial batches for parts and assemblies according to defined manufacturing methods.
Prepare manufacturing studies and analyses for new components, including plans and documentation.
Define assembly/machining sequences and draft supporting technical documentation.
