Leonardo is seeking a New Graduate Manufacturing Engineer to join the Cascina Costa site in Italy. You will define manufacturing methods, optimize product industrialization, and prepare BOMs for assemblies and subassemblies.
The role emphasizes collaboration with design teams and continuous improvement of KPIs, with a hybrid working arrangement and a permanent contract. Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 1–3 years’ experience (or related equivalence), and familiarity with
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Junior level with 1–3 years experience
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and power transmission components
- English language at level B1 or higher
- MS Office tools; SAP/ENOVIA/CATIA V5 preferred
Mansioni
- Determine and implement methods to optimize product industrialization
- Define manufacturing workflows to improve efficiency and on-time delivery
- Prepare and update Bill of Materials (BOM) for assemblies
- Develop manufacturing methods and work instructions
- Provide technical guidance to the Production team and resolve non-conformities
- Support First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation when required
