Satispay in Italy invites you to join as IT Engineer to keep devices and access secure so teams can move fast and build great products. You’ll treat IT operations as an enabler for the company, always aiming to automate, secure, and simplify.

Day-to-day includes automation with Make and n8n, handling complex tickets, SaaS administration (Google Workspace, Slack, Keeper), endpoint management (Jamf, Knox, EDR), and IT asset/service management. Initial salary starts from €32,000 gross per annum.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with workflow automation and integrations.
• Experience in IT operations and in managing local network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Automation: Build and maintain automation workflows with Make and n8n.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Triage, investigate, and fix complex tickets.
• SaaS Administration: Manage core cloud services including onboarding/offboarding and security policies.
• Endpoint Management: Configure devices via MDM and monitor endpoint security.
• IT Asset & Service Management: Manage hardware from purchase to retirement and prioritize tickets by SLAs.
• Network Management: Maintain and troubleshoot local network services.
