Job summary

Accelerate Finance & Legal Recruitment in Malta is seeking ambitious junior sales professionals or SDR/BDRs for a long-term business development career. You will learn via tailored training, receive ongoing mentorship, identify and engage potential clients through outbound activity, and book meetings with senior consultants.

The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission (€35k-€40k first year) and a clear path to rapid progression, with up to 13 promotions based on merit.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2C / B2B / SDR /BDR sales or client-facing experience.
• Track record of achievements and ability to hit KPIs.
• Ambition to learn, grow, and build a meaningful career.
• EU citizenship/passport and a long-term mindset to stay in Malta.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through outbound activity (cold calling, emails, networking).
• Book and attend meetings alongside senior consultants and directors.
• Learn to pitch, consult, and create value for clients – evolve to manage full cycle.

• Base salary + uncapped commission (€35k-€40k in year 1 - double that on your 2nd year).
