FM, a leading mutual insurance company, is opening a developmental sales role in Milan: Business Development Executive I (BDE I). This position builds core sales practices, market knowledge, broker relationships, and understanding of FM products while guiding prospecting and client development activity to readiness for increased responsibility.

You will work with underwriting, engineering, and client service teams, travel up to 30% in Southern Europe, and develop consultative sales,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering (or related experience).
• At least two years of client-facing or consultative insurance experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish or French a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% in Southern Europe.
• Ability to learn FM products and sales processes.
