Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to support site leaders in Stezzano, Italy, implementing HR strategies and processes. You will drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement while aligning with our values and policies.

You will collaborate with managers to shape workforce planning, organizational design, and people initiatives, contributing to sustainable performance and a strong inclusive culture across the site.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years experience in a HR Generalist role preferred.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Fluent Italian (mandatory).
• Fluent English (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to propose and implement HR solutions aligned with business needs.
• Contribute to organizational design, including skills, resources, and processes.
• Support Talent Management, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate workforce planning with site leadership and HR processes.
• Lead change management initiatives and ensure consistent HR programs.
