Job summary

Qualifications

As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will support local business leaders by implementing Schneider Electric's HR strategy and processes at site level. Acting as a trusted partner, you will help drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement and change management initiatives while ensuring alignment with company values and policies.

Your Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to propose and implement efficient HR solutions aligned with business needs and priorities.
• Contribute to organizational design, including skills, resources and processes.
• Support Talent Management, Performance Management, Competency Development, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
• Coordinate workforce and resource planning with site leadership.
• Lead and support change management initiatives.
• Ensure HR processes and programs are implemented consistently and in line with Schneider Electric values.
• Contribute to employee development and talent management activities.
• Drive Learning & Development initiatives at site level.
• Support labour relations activities and HR legal matters.
• Contribute to occupational health initiatives.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within HR Information Systems.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Human Ressources, Business, related fields.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role is preferred.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment would be a plus.
• Fluent Italian (mandatory).
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• You are a proactive and self-driven professional who thrives in dynamic and matrix organizations.
• You have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• You are customer-oriented and able to influence and support organizational change.
• You enjoy collaborating with managers and supporting business performance through people initiatives.
