Volkswagen Financial Services Milan-based role supports the Fleet Department with operational and strategic execution aligned to corporate goals. You will help translate strategy into actionable plans and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve fleet performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires analytical thinking, strong communication, and hands-on coordination of projects and CRM activities.

Competenze

• Experience in fleet operations or related sector.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Develop short-, mid-, and long-term fleet strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Coordinate with HQ, VGI, and Brands on topics like Exchange and Sales Performance.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for fleet operations.
• Prepare scenario analyses to guide strategic decisions.
• Oversee CRM and fleet recalculation processes.
