VOLKSWITING LEASING GMBH is seeking a Fleet Business Performance & Strategy Specialist Jr in Milan to provide operational and strategic support to the Fleet Department. You will contribute to fleet strategies, assist in budgeting and forecasting, and collaborate with internal and external partners to drive performance.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience with CRM tools and MS Office.

• Provide operational and strategic support to the Fleet Department.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for fleet operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment with goals.
• Develop and monitor scenarios to inform strategic decisions.

• Coordinate with internal departments on non-sales operations and operational matters.
• Monitor sales operations and spending for compliance and efficiency.
• Oversee fleet communications and CRM/tool administration.
• Manage the Fleet Recalculation Process.
