Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of refurbishment/construction/facility management/project coordination experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software and tools.
• Strong command of English (C1) for global team communication.

Mansioni

• Support project development, planning, coordination, and monitoring from design to construction and operation.
• Coordinate permitting and regulatory processes for project requirements.
• Monitor costs and support CAPEX budget tracking and reporting.
