RINA is seeking a Ports & Maritime Senior Project Manager for its Genoa office within the Maritime Infrastructure Engineering Project Management Division. RINA is currently recruiting for a Ports & Maritime Senior Project Manager to join its office in Genoa within the Maritime Infrastructure Engineering Project Management Division.
As a member of the Port and Marine Facility Business Line, you will be a key element for the success of our maritime projects by contributing to outcomes which exceed our clients’ expectations. You will primarily be involved in the achievement of timely, cost-effective and high-quality performances, based on the coordination of multi-disciplinary teams across maritime project life cycle, from technical and economic feasibility assessments, to detailed design and construction supervision. Additionally, you’ll support new business development initiatives, as well as tender submissions, to facilitate growth of the Ports Group within Rina Consulting.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of the project management team for national and international port and marine facility project.
More in detail you will have to:
Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Management Engineering
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering
The salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL RINA (CNEL code I480). The gross annual salary range foreseen is between €50,000 and €55,000 and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role. In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements. The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
