Elica is seeking a Junior Customer Quality Engineer to oversee the assigned customer product range from development to launch. You will act as the main interface to support customers in managing and resolving product quality issues.
You will collaborate with R&D, participate in PPAP activities, and help implement corrective actions across the product lifecycle. The role includes a flexible work arrangement with monthly remote days and a structured development path.

We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Junior Customer Quality Engineer.
Manage the product range of the assigned customers set from the development stage, spreading the continuous improvement approach to maximize customer satisfaction. Act as main interface to assure the needed support to the customers to manage and solve product quality issues.
