Elica is recruiting for the EPL Unit Coordinator - Performance to lead the Performance Organizational Unit, oversee testing of finished products, materials and components, and ensure the reliability of results.
You will define and execute performance qualification plans, manage resources, and support project teams with technical risk mitigation while ensuring compliance with standards and energy labeling requirements.

We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of EPL Unit Coordinator - Performance.
S/He coordinates and executes testing activities aimed at verifying the performance of finished products, materials, and components, ensuring the reliability of test results and compliance with defined standards. In addition, where applicable, issues certifications related to Energy Labelling and Eco-design.
The role offers a Level B2 classification under the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria collective agreement, with an indicative gross annual salary (RAL) starting from € 35.000, commensurate with experience and competencies, in addition to an incentive scheme and benefits.
