Elica is recruiting for the EPL Unit Coordinator - Performance to lead the Performance Organizational Unit, oversee testing of finished products, materials and components, and ensure the reliability of results.

You will define and execute performance qualification plans, manage resources, and support project teams with technical risk mitigation while ensuring compliance with standards and energy labeling requirements.

Competenze

• Full professional working proficiency in both Italian and English.
• Good Knowledge of CAD 3D/2D (preferably Creo Parametrics).
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office pack.
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role.
• Analytic approach, Curiosity and Team working will complete the profile.

We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of EPL Unit Coordinator - Performance.

THE IMPACT:

S/He coordinates and executes testing activities aimed at verifying the performance of finished products, materials, and components, ensuring the reliability of test results and compliance with defined standards. In addition, where applicable, issues certifications related to Energy Labelling and Eco-design.

Main Activities And Accountabilities

• Coordinate the activities of the Performance Organizational Unit, directly contributing to the execution of testing activities and ensuring the achievement of quality, service, and timeline objectives.
• Ensure the definition, execution, and timely release of performance qualification plans associated with product development projects.
• Execute and coordinate testing activities, ensuring the reliability of results, compliance with procedures, and adherence to deadlines.
• Proactively identify technical risks and critical issues, coordinating corrective actions and supporting the project team in defining appropriate solutions.
• Plan and supervise testing activities, optimizing the use of resources and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Ensure the technical validation of test reports, guaranteeing accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Ensure the suitability and efficiency of laboratory equipment and infrastructure by defining the necessary maintenance, verification, and investment plans.
• Issue test reports for the Performance Platform under delegation from the Direct Manager.
• Manage and coordinate any proficiency testing activities involving the Performance Organizational Unit.
• Monitor and ensure the continuous updating of the list of applicable standards available within the laboratory.
• Promptly inform Laboratory Management, EPL Quality, and EPL Program Management of the introduction of new regulatory tests, providing all details and information required for their implementation.
• Act as a technical reference for the team, supporting result analysis, problem-solving, and the definition of testing best practices.

Requisiti

• Full Professional working proficiency in both Italian and English are a must have;

Compensation & Benefits

The role offers a Level B2 classification under the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria collective agreement, with an indicative gross annual salary (RAL) starting from € 35.000, commensurate with experience and competencies, in addition to an incentive scheme and benefits.
