Turner & Townsend is seeking a junior Cost Manager Assistant to support senior cost managers on a variety of projects across real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources. You will assist with cost planning, tender documentation, tender analysis, variations, and monthly reporting while liaising with clients, contractors and designers.

The role requires a university degree in construction-related engineering or architecture, strong numerical and analytical skills, and fluency in

Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills.
Great organisational skills; ability to multi-task and be a team player.
High level of numerical reasoning and analytical skills.
English and Italian language skills required.

Mansioni

Assist the Commission Manager on a range of tasks.
Estimate and produce cost plans.
Compile and amend the tender list and draft procurement documentation.
Check and analyse tenders and draft the tender report.
Deal with variations and change control processes; negotiate issues.
Perform cost checks and valuations; draft monthly reports.
Analyze numbers for final accounts and liaise with clients, contractors, designers, etc.
