Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Cost Manager to deliver end-to-end cost management for significant projects within our consulting practice. You will shape budgets, cost plans, procurement strategies and final accounts, ensuring accurate cost control and reporting across feasibility to post-contract stages.

Working with clients and other consultants, you will contribute to value engineering, risk analysis and the sharing of best practices in estimating, fostering collaborative

Competenze

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics or equivalent.
• Proven cost and/or commercial management experience, ideally in a consultancy.
• 5 years CM/QS experience or 10+ years SCM and above.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and procurement.
• Experience with multiple estimating tools and applications.
• Strong spreadsheets and databases skills.

• Deliver end-to-end cost management for significant projects.

• Manage procurement and tendering processes, including pre-qualification and contract documents.
